What is your processing time?

  • Prints/Stickers

All prints and stickers are printed and ready to ship within 3-5 business days.

  • Custom work

Due to the nature of custom work, the turnaround for completion is roughly 2-3 weeks. If you would like to "RUSH ORDER", an extra fee will be applicable.


Where do you ship your items from?

I ship everything from my home studio in Melbourne, Australia.


Is tracking included in the shipping cost?

Tracking is currently optional for all Australian orders at an upgraded cost, otherwise the item is sent without tracking information. Tracking is included on all International orders.


What if my item goes missing?

If you have selected tracking on your order, I will be able to raise an enquiry with the courier. However, if you did not select the tracking upgrade, I am unable to investigate.


What if my item is damaged when I receive it?

I ship all of my items in rigid mailers or with a cardboard backing to prevent damage, however if you have received a damaged item, please contact me.


I am looking for a custom work, how do I arrange this?

How do I pay for custom work?

After you have accepted my quote for the work to be completed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Once a draft is complete, you will be able to make a up to 2 revisions at no extra cost. Should further revisions be required, extra costs will be incurred. The final payment is required upon completion and before I ship the item.


Do you accept returns or exchanges for custom work?

Due to nature of custom work, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
