All prints are printed and ready to ship within 3-5 business days.
- Custom work
Due to the nature of custom work, the turnaround for completion is roughly 2-3 weeks. If you would like to "RUSH ORDER", an extra fee will be applicable.
Where do you ship your items from?
I ship everything from my home studio in Melbourne, Australia.
Is tracking included in the shipping cost?
Tracking is included on all orders, Australia-wide and International.
What if my item goes missing?
If you have selected tracking on your order, I will be able to raise an enquiry with the courier. However, if you did not select the tracking upgrade, I am unable to investigate.
What if my item is damaged when I receive it?
I ship all of my items in rigid mailers or with a cardboard backing to prevent damage, however if you have received a damaged item, please contact me.
I am looking for a custom work, how do I arrange this?

How do I pay for custom work?
After you have accepted my quote for the work to be completed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Once a draft is complete, you will be able to make up to 2 revisions at no extra cost. Should further revisions be required, extra costs will be incurred. The final payment is required upon completion and before I ship the item.
Do you accept returns or exchanges for custom work?
Due to nature of custom work, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
